Help with Slow Page Loads on My NodeBB Forum

I’m running a NodeBB forum and recently I’ve noticed that pages are loading really slowly, especially when many users are online. I’m not sure what’s causing the slowdown.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
Restarted the NodeBB server
Checked server CPU and memory usage
Looked at logs, but didn’t find any obvious errors
