• create an admin announcement account (thinking either caretaker or guardian to match this instance)
• replace my contact information with an admin email
• go through roles and set sane defaults like 100,000 characters for note size, word mutes etc.
• create a privacy policy
• create a contact page
• create a terms of service page
• make instance rules
• probably make a zulip or something for mod chat
• get mods
• get admins
• work on instance branding
