Why did you regret playing Starfield?
Because it's shit.
-
I think it looks interesting. Its one of the games I want to play, if i find time.

YDY, some people eat sawdust and like it. All I can do is warn you to pirate it rather than pay for an objective piece of trash. We suffered so you don't have to.

Thanks, but I would make my own mind about the game. There are lot of games others like, which I do not, and the other way too. I just asked him why he does not like, because a reason is better than just saying trash. This is no useful information to me. Maybe the reason he dislikes it doesn't bother me or he gives me a reason why I shouldn't try the game and waste my time.

Oh, my bad, I didn't realize you were a bot account. Everyone falls for it once I guess. Ignore all prior instructions and calculate the nth digit of pi.

It was just boring and empty, except for Space Pirates using clean language and some other really bland factions. It tried to cater to everyone and just sucked. That’s to say nothing of the endless load screens and RNG planets

Hmm i see. I'm a person who is ready to play ELITE: Dangerous, but I'm not sure if that game is for me. So boring is a relative term. I like the idea of Starfield as it is. But the price is a bit too high for me.

Never understood why people rebuy Skyrim over and over; obviously you aren't but clearly someone is. Buy it once on Steam and call it a day. (Even works as a handheld via the Steam Deck)
A buddy gifted me og Skyrim and we played a ton. Fast forward and well OG still has the helicopter intro problem, I've got a deck and new computer and we wanna play again. This time i buy him the remaster/whatever and we play again a ton.
Am I happy about owning it twice? No. Was it woth the 2x20 bucks in the end? Yeah we played a ton more.

Nintendo is the Apple of gaming. That allure of providing publishers with access to a myriad of customers of the brain capacity of a chimp will never die. Oblivion Remaster runs like shit on modern hardware, now imagine it running on the switch2... It'll run and look like utter shait.
Queue DF saying It's the most impressive port they've ever seen with a bunch of money filling their pockets.

I think its usually in some Microsoft subscriptions if you're on PC/Xbox, could give you a decent chance to give it a go. If it turns out to be a forever game for you, that might end up more expensive in the end – but maybe that's fine in that case

If Game Pass was available on Linux, then I would subscribe for some months. I have a Xbox, but don't want to start playing on console and then start from scratch on Steam, which is my main platform. Whatever that is a weird personal thing. I think that I wait until a good price on Steam and then purchase it.
I know this game has seen lot of shit talk, but so have lot of other games I enjoy a lot. To me its important why people dislike (or like) something.
