Notifications don't seem to be working correctly...

Notifications don't seem to be working correctly... For example: I followed my profile on here from my GoToSocial account (@unattributed@gotosocial.social), and I recieved a notification that I followed the account:

However, when I click on the notification I get the message:

[admin]

Hopefully resolved now.
