      to save you a click: the "problem" that was "fixed" is that the new joycons weren't colorful enough. so dbrand (the "peripheral firm") made decals with more prominent colors.

          Their entire social media presence is pathetic and their products are poor quality. They only exist because they throw money at marketing.

            I agree with the fact that they aren't a great company, but anyone who's shopped around for skins/decals knows that dbrand is a cut above the rest in terms of quality. I've stopped buying from them due to how they run things, though.
