Hello from Lemmy. I don't have pets, but I homebrew beer. Maybe the billions of yeast cells are my pets? Tough to keep their names straight and they keep dying off.
I just bottled a batch of Mexican-style lager. Any name ideas? I often reference horror movies when naming beers.
No ferment pets rn. Bt sometimes they’re just as much work as my fur pets. I don’t have name rec, but I’ve always wanted to check out Mexican horror movies and it sounds like you have the perfect opportunity to watch some.

Two cats. Luna and Rhea. Rhea is currently outside enjoying -9C (no worries - she's 75% norwegian forest cat. Only the birds are in danger), and Luna is around here somewhere.. she's a tricolor neighborhood conglomerate and very very sneaky.
Update: I can hear Lunas V8 purring in the dark

Or summoned by an elf? EDIT: I think they deleted their comment due to fear of being doxxed due to any easily recognizable landmark visible from their house. So, trying to be as considerate to that as I can, I'll summarize their comments: No pets, but they have a pretty cool structure very close that looks awesome. Ot was there when they moved in.

About 10 years ago, we happen upon a property that was on an island on the Chesapeake Bay and as a bonus that lighthouse is visible basically from my backyard.
Never in my wildest dreams that I think I’d get a chance to live on a waterfront in a place is magical as this, but I spend many in the morning drinking my coffee, pondering that lighthouse and all the incredible views that the Chesapeake Bay offers

Weren't you thinking of building a lighthouse? Like, I heard you talking to some other artists about you wanting to build a lighthouse and, you know, me and my wife are thinking of building a lighthouse in our backyard of our manor.
John, the lighthouse is imaginary. We're building an imaginary lighthouse. It's part of an art project.
